Victor rescued me after a had to fire one other general contractor for non performance/poor performance. He took the huge job of reconstructing my entire house after a pipe broke and flooded every room in the house but one. He rebuild walls and floors and literally redid every room in the house, framing, sheet rock, spackling, painting, tiling (including granite tiles). When I expressed dissatisfaction with a couple things, he promptly redid them. He also voluntarily spent over a hour and a half of his own time showing us how to do the setup and install a parquet floor on our own in order to save costs. He had an unavoidable personal crisis that caused a delay, but he is always on top what has been done. I was very lucky to have found him and would definitely recommend him without hesitation. He is both efficient and personable.
